I went to Gerard's workshop in Officer to buy my bat. The experience has been so positive, Gerard is extremely passionate about cricket,I appreciated him giving me extra time to properly explain how to take care of my bat. I would have spent about 45 minutes properly understanding bats, figuring out the best one for me and Gerard helped me through everything. Waiting to play with my bat this season, definitely see myself being SGM's lifelong customer.
Amazing service! I had a handmade bat made for my daughter and the quality was so nice. The bat was nicely made and she really loves it. I also got few other bats cleaned and repaired and they came back looking good as new. Very recommended !!
Easy buying process and great value for such an awesome bat! Gerard was insightful and helpful as always. So excited to use this beast this season
Good quality of work. Love my cricket bat when I got it knocked from this place. Had I not bought a cricket bat elsewhere, I would have bought it from him. Great experience.

I recently had a custom-made bat crafted by Gerard and the team at SGM Cricket, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very beginning, the communication was outstanding. Love the website and easy to shop, range of genuine products
I’ve had my bat from SGM Cricket Bats for just over 2 years now, and it has been an absolute pleasure to use. I love the profile of the bat, especially the large edges that run seamlessly down to the toe. Overall the bat has a generous sweet spot and the aggressive profile provides the power needed for playing my shots yet the pick-up feels incredibly well-balanced, making it one of my favourite bats to use at the crease. Gerard, the owner, not only crafts high-quality bats but also provides excellent services like bat refurbishments and re-handling, which I’ve found super convenient. I would highly recommend SGM Cricket Bats to anyone looking for quality and great service!

The bats are amazing 👌
We came to Jerry through Lahiru Thirimanna to get a custom made english willow players grade bat. And the bat we got was amazing. It was perfect for my son. It had great balance, the weight was perfect and the bat pings so much. Much appreciated by Jerry and we 100% recommend him to make a custom bat or even repair it. Will definitely come again.
